MEETING REPORTS

April 1999

On our next meeting, Sara Jane is giving a demo on the pros and cons of the different clays. She had told me that it wouldn't take up a whole lot of time, so we have plenty extra time to either have another demo, watch a video (if hookup available), or just chatter with each other. Women don't seem to have a problem with that! :)

If we like another demo, we have some choice! Byrd offered to show the secrets of clay painting, or she suggested we may all want to learn how to make these cute tiny worry bottles, in any style we like. Sooo, if all of you could give me a vote on what they would rather do, I'll sort it out, and that's what we'll do!

1. Watch claypainting technique
2. Learn tiny bottle making
3. Watch a video on a certain technique done by the big shots
4. One demo is enough for me
5. None of the above

So let me know, ok?

Also, on our last meeting, Irene passed a notebook around for us to write down what our expertise is. I don't think it made it around. It would be helpful to know this, so I am requesting you all to write it down for us!

Also, think about what we like to do on our june meeting. Maybe someone could demonstrate liquid sculpey techniques (?) Any interest, volunteers?
